General Information:
Emma Long Metropolitan Park, named after Austin's first woman to serve on its city council, is a city park consisting of 1,142 woodland acres on the shores of Lake Austin in Austin, Texas. Austin Lake serves as a flood control and hydropower reservoir of the lower Colorado River. Boating, water skiing, and swimming are all popular recreational activities at Emma Long Metropolitan Park. Beautiful View:
With over a mile of shoreline, about half of the 20 water/electricity sites are lakefront with excellent views of Lake Austin.

Campground Details:
20 camping sites at Emma Long Metropolitan Park campground are available with water and electricity hookups as well as 46 tent camping sites with water available at every 3rd site. Rest rooms with flush toilets and hot showers, and a dump station are also available at the park.
