"...The campground, pack it in, pack it out [what you take in, you take out - garbage, etc.], is a single loop in a stand of Lodgepole pine surrounded by large meadows. Nearby, is Dickinson Creek. The Popo Agie Wilderness provides a dramatic back-drop for some camping sites. This is a lovely campground with a lousy access road. Although the access road is rough and rocky, views from the road are spectacular...
...This is bear country; practice safe food storage techniques...
...NOTE: The access road is comprised of dirt, gravel and stone which can cut into tires. Be sure to bring spare tire and changing tool ..."
