"...Campground is located in grove of huge conifers next to Lake Quinault. Most sites overlook the lake. Campground is "gateway" to Olympic National Park's Enchanted Valley, Colonel Bob Wilderness and the 30-mile Lake Quinault Shore Loop (popular for bikers during the summer). The Rain Forest Nature Trail (interpretive) is a short drive from the campground. There is an interpretive program during the summer on a variety of subjects. Visit the world's largest Spruce tree in Quinault - 191' tall, 58' circumference and 1,000 years old...

...Lake Quinault is 3,000 acres. Power boats are limited to 24 MPH..."
