"...The campground, pack it in, pack it out [what you take in, you take out - garbage, etc.], meanders its way around a hilltop above Joe's Valley Reservoir in a pleasant mixture of sagebrush, Ponderosa pine, Pinyon pine and junipers, such as Western. Many of the camping sites have panoramic views of the reservoir and surrounding mountains. Most of the camping sites are in the open, but wide spacing between them provide good privacy. Long parking aprons can accommodate boat trailers but there is also a large trailer parking area at the boat ramp. Adjacent to the boat ramp is a caf‚/marina providing such services as bait, ice, limited groceries and homemade bread pies...
...The parking aprons are gravel and asphalt. The campground will accommodate any size RV....
...There is a public RV waste station in Orangeville, UT - take State Rt. 29 east 0.7 miles to 500 West. Turn left and go 0.3 miles to waste station. There is no fee and potable water is available...
...Joe's Valley Reservoir is 1,100 acres. The reservoir is used for irrigation; water level may decrease as the summer progresses..."
