From Winnemucca, NV, take U. S. Highway 95 for 22 miles to the junction with State Route 290, then north on SR290 18 miles to Paradise Valley, 16 miles north of Paradise Valley SR-792, heading toward Hinkey Summit. The road will change to a gravel road. Continue on the gravel road for two more miles.
