The San Pedro Park Wilderness is 5 miles away with a 37-mile network of trails. Some sites overlook the river and others overlook a park-like meadow...
... At the Horseshoe Springs marker, 7 miles east of Cuba, NM on State Rt. 126, there is a spring-fed water spigot with threads. Besides filling water containers, RVrs can easily fill up their water tanks at this spigot...
...The parking aprons are paved. The interior road is a tear-drop shape making it difficult for RVrs to make a second pass...
