Beautiful View:   Lake and Fall Colors/Deciduous Forest

Twin Knobs campground is in a dense mixed forest with some sites overlooking 8,300 acre Cave Run Lake.

Best Sites: Per campground personnel, none of the reservable sites have good views of the lake. Only the non-reservable sections of the campground have good lake views. Sites 20, 22 and 23 in the lower F loop, sites 5 and 6 of the lower G loop and sites 7, 8, 10 and 11 of the lower I loop have the best views of the lake.
