"...The campground is a single loop on the west shore of Lake Cascade in a stand of pleasantly mixed conifers. Huckleberries are abundant and delicious in pancakes. Most camp sites are not on the shoreline but do have a view of the lake. The white sand beach provides a delightful area for long walks and bird watching opportunities, such as bald eagles, osprey and pelican. Firewood is available for a fee...

...The parking aprons are gravel and dirt. Most parking aprons are the same size...

... An RV waste station is available near West Mountain campground (state park), 2.1 miles south of campground on West Mountain Rd. - no fee or potable water..."
