Beautiful View:   Sand Dunes

There are two campgrounds in this state park - Gulf Breeze and Shady Pines campgrounds. St. Joseph Peninsula State Park is on St. Joseph Peninsula with St. Joseph Bay on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other. It has some of the tallest dunes in the country.

Best Sites: All sites are very attractively bordered by native flora which offers a beautiful view in itself. Many of the sites also have views of the white sand dunes. A few sites that we thought had good views and were fairly typical of many other sites were 5, 21, 36, 101, 107 and 108.
