Review # 1 by Camping With A View
We visited this campground on a day trip in late June 2006. Typical of other Florida State Park campgrounds, the campground is very well designed and maintained. All sites offer good to excellent privacy. Native flora borders 3 sides of most sites making for very attractive camp sites. Henderson Beach is a very beautiful white sand beach with crystal clear emerald/blue water. Unfortunately, none of the sites have views of the ocean; but all are within a short walking distance of it. It's unlikely that you will get a camp site at this popular campground without a reservation.
