Welcome to our review of Henderson Beach campground.

Beautiful View:   Semi-Arid/Tropical Landscape

Henderson Beach State Park is in Destin, FL in a very commercial area (accross the street from Wal-Mart); but the park is big enough and laid out so that you feel you are in a secluded area away from the hustle/bustle of the city. There are 4 loops (A-D) in this campground. All are within walking distance of the ocean but none have views of it.

Best Sites: All sites are very attractively bordered by native flora which offers a beautiful view in itself. The layout of the campground was very well thought out and offers good to excellent privacy between sites. Sites 6, 11,12, 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, 30, 31,32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 38, 50, 52, and 58 are pull-thru sites.
