"...The campground is pack it in, pack it out [whatever you take in you take out - garbage, etc.] and wanders up a hillside above Middle Fork Creek in a thick grove of Aspen and wild roses. Some camping sites have a nice view of the other side of valley. The sites are widely spaced for privacy. The campground has a wild, rustic undiscovered feeling. Groceries are available at the La Garita Trading Post in La Garita...
