"...The campground is on a hillside overlooking Vallecito Lake among young Ponderosa pine. All sites have view of the lake with some sites located on the shore. The campground is convenient to several resorts, laundromat, mountain trail outfitters and lodges for a cook's night out...

...This is bear country; practice safe food storage techniques...

...The parking aprons are gravel and dirt...

...Vallecito Lake is 400 acres. Boat ramps are available at private campgrounds and resorts for a fee. There is also a primitive boat ramp at Graham Creek campground (Forest Service) about 3 miles south of campground..."
