Beautiful View:   River, Canyon, Meadow and Evergreen Forest

Buffalo Crossing campground is located between two shallow canyon walls in a Ponderosa Pine forest and has the largest campsites along the Black River. Some of the sites are in an open meadow between the canyon walls and some hug the edges of the canyon wall. Some of the sites in the meadow have views of the Black River. More of a stream than a river, it is pristine and beautiful.

Best Sites: All sites have beatiful views of the meadow, majestic Ponderosa Pine and shallow canyon walls. Some sites have views of the river.
