"...Campground is located adjacent to Ashurst Lake with most sites overlooking the lake. It is composed of some Ponderosa pines, but mostly Junipers. There are lots of birds and waterfowl, such as the Blue Heron. The lake is excellent for wind surfing and Sunfish sailing. Higher numbered sites are less developed and have a disbursed camping feel. Firewood is available for a fee...
