“This is a beautiful RV Park. The fall colors could be seen all around us. The scenery looked like a painting. They have lake access and boat rentals. The lake was a little low right now but still amazing. We want to come back in the summer and take advantage of the lake. Staff was very friendly. Food was wonderful (homemade chicken noodle was my favorite). We camped in a motor-home (45ft. The best sites in my opinion are almost all. The entire campground stair steps, so having a view is a non-issue…”
“We stopped over at this campground on our way to Fl off I-81 near Bristol, TN. Our purpose for stopping was the web site description of "Wide Roads for Easy Site Access," on the website. We did find the easy site access for our 45 foot motorcoach, but we also found a beautiful view of Boone Lake. The brilliant colors of fall reflected in the water for a remarkable scenic view. This campground had every amenity, including park wide Wi-Fi that worked and clean private bathroom. The manager and staff were the most friendly, helpful people we have met over our years of camping. We meant to stay one night, but ended up staying three. We will be back anytime we travel up and down I-81… All sites have the mountain view. sites from the office/bath house to Boone Lake have a scenic lake view.”

"Beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains! My back view ... consisted of a majestic beautiful lake. ... This is a great opportunity for boating, fishing, and visiting historic sites near by. ... I would say the ones closer to the lake are the most beautiful because you can see the lake up close ... but I think you have a good site really no matter where your at ...".
