The directions below are from the Lakeview RV Park web site:

Southbound on I - 81 from Virginia or Northbound on I - 81 from Knoxville:

Take Exit 69 on SR 394 (SR 37) toward Bristol Motor Speedway. Go 5.3 miles.
Turn right onto Highway US-11 E (US-19) Go 3 miles
Turn right into the entrance Lakeview RV Park at 4550 Highway 11-E just after crossing Boone Lake.

Northbound on I - 81 from Knoxville:

Take Exit 57A toward Johnson City, onto East I-26 (South US-23) Go 10 miles.
Take Exit 19, follow the Bristol Motor Speedway signs. Stay left on ramp.
Go straight at the traffic light at the bottom of the hill on State of Franklin Road (SR- 381). Continue 1.4 miles.
Bear left onto North S 11 E (US -N 19 W). Go 8 miles.
Turn left into Lakeview RV Park at 4550 Highway 11 E just before crossing Boone Lake.
