Welcome to our review of Deer Run RV Resort.
General Information:
Deer Run RV Resort is a private campground in Crossville, Tennessee about 62 miles west of Knoxville and a few miles south of Interstate 40. It’s located on 200 acres of well maintained, pristine property which gives it a feeling of being off the beaten path and it has a beautiful 30 acre lake (Good Neighbor Lake). This well-run, gated resort has a swimming pool, deli, convenience store and even a chapel, winning the 2007-2008 “Campground of the Year” from the Tennessee chapter of the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds.
Beautiful View:
The 200 acre property itself as well as the private lake offer beautiful views from many campsites. The private lake is surrounded by a forest of deciduous trees with many trees located within the campground as well. Call campground personnel for specific campsite recommendations.

Campground Details:
The campground has over 200 camp sites (all having sewer connection) including 100 full hook-up sites and three lakefront cabins. The park has potable water and modern bathrooms including flush toilets and hot showers. The RV campsite parking sizes are large and spacious and many will accommodate “big rigs”.
