Here is a description of this campground from campground owner, Colleen Collier:

"Mature trees surround the 11 acre campground and the land past the property is pasture land to the East as far as the eye can see. (The nearest neighbor is 1.5 miles South). There is a 2 acre spring fed lake we are getting stocked with trout, and there have been 12 species of bird cataloged in this campground. In the evening, deer can be seen feeding on grassland, as close as individual spaces. customers have hiked out to the pasture land and enjoyed nature and all the animals in their habitat. Ring neck pheasant, rabbit,White Tail Deer, duck, Canada, Snow, and Blue Geese are known to frequent this park and area.
