We visited this resort on a day trip in early August, 2006. The resort is in a remote part of the Ozark Mountains along the North Fork of the White River on 275 acres of private land. It's located in the heart of the Wild Trout Management Area with over a mile of private wade fishing. One of the main features of the resort is the "tree house" cabins - but they also have 8 camp sites. Camp site number 8 (with RV hook-up) is secluded, close to the river and has excellent views. Site # 4 also is an RV site with excellent views and fairly good separation. Tent campers should also be able to find sites with excellent views. Reservations are highly recommended since there are so few camp sites.

The majority of the cabins are built up off the ground and are very secluded with fantastic views of the river and/or the forested bank across the river. The owners said that Fall Foliage is very beautiful and that October is a peak month.
